The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a great area, near the Redline bus station and the center of the city. The property's setting was very central and the staff were super-friendly people like the manager. Hobart CBD district was worth visiting.

appreciated compact executive queen room with friendly atmosphere, wouldn't mind staying there all day. we were offered an excellent service. location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, salamanca place, museums and elizabeth st pier/mona ferry dock, the hill, and salamanca market and the city sights.
Facilities were excellent, though Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Comfy bed and soft sheets
On a busy road. Clock didn't work, hence no alarm. No milk in fridge. A bit like a squeaky old haunted house. Naff decorations.

Frank was really friendly and helpful. The room was incredible - I could have fit three more people into it. The bed was 10x better than my own at home. The breakfast in the morning was great. Friendly and quaint vibes all round.

The charm of the old building and funky furniture.
The lack of details- soap, teaspoon, bath mat etc.

Location, price and the Edinburgh Gallery Bed and Breakfast has character. Opportunity to meet with fellow travelers over breakfast. Our room was spacious and fulfilled all our requirements.
